DISTF 2023 Highlights

Dehradun International Science & Technology Festival (DISTF)-2023 was organized jointly by Uttarakhand State Council for Science & Technology (Govt. of UK) & Society for Research & Development in Science Technology and Agriculture (SRADSTA) in joint association with SEED, Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (ONGC), Uttarakhand Science Education & Research Center and DIT University, Dehradun supported by different Govt. Departments of Uttarakhand. DISTF-2023 is a first of its kind event organized to provide a platform to everyone from the population of scientific and technological enthusiasts. The motivation behind the event is to have a centre stage to promote, learn and nourish the brilliance of youngsters and achievers. Approximately twenty thousand plus (50,000+) visitors has participated the event from across the state physically and enjoy the Science & Technology Exhibition.

The plethora of events can benefit the science and technology community including the School going children, Science, Engineering, Medical students, Scientific Authors, Science & Technology Bloggers and Vloggers or News broadcast/ podcasts. The Teachers, Technocrats, Communicators, Scientists, Researchers, Venture Capitalist, Artists, Writers, Journalists, Administrators, Policy Makers and many more Citizens amongst the others having temperament for science and technology all are welcome.
The fabric of the 4th DISTF-2023 was full three days during 27-29 October, 2023 assimilating 25+ vibrant events encompassing the every wavelength in the world of the Science and technology. There two main categories of the events, the centralized events spanning the full day activities and the specialized events for a specific interest group spanning through the particular duration. DISTF has provide a excellent platform for students, scientists, entrepreneur, start-ups, business professionals, industrialist, common man to understand the success stories and best practices in science, technology and innovation. Many experts delivered their success stories and encourage the students to make his career in science and technology as well as launch their innovation based start-ups. DISTF has also created a platform where government department, autonomous organizations, research institutes, educational institutions, startups & industries shows their innovations, research and development. They interact with students, educators and science lovers. Past four years through DISTF, students developed scientific temperament to enjoy the science and technology.
